R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring an Associate Dentist
The mission-oriented practice seeks an Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental services with full support from a trained clinical team.
Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and Panorex units.
Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management standards.
Manage a patient base primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
Maintain office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
Treat patients covered by state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Participate in ongoing mentoring and collaboration for clinical development.

Guaranteed base pay: $900/day with uncapped earning potential

Qualifications
DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
Current and valid dental license (or eligibility) in the practicing state
Required certifications: CPR, DEA, others as applicable
Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
Demonstrated compassion and commitment to providing quality dental care to both children and adults
