Assembly Technician

Currently seeking an Assembly Technician for a full-time temporary position in Middleboro, MA with a great company that is consistently maximizing their performance

Responsibilities of Assembly Technician

-Assemble parts and pieces together following all work orders, instructions and specifications

-Inspect assemblies for proper fits and make adjustments as needed

-Perform refurbishing, bypass, and sub-assemblies

-Complete tests and inspections of products

-Accept or reject products based on inspections result, determining if rejected products can be reworked or scrapped

-Rework assemblies as needed

-Utilize various test equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment

-Participate in organizing statistical quality control

-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Assembly Technician :

-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

-Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

-Able to read graduations on micrometers

-Superior attention to detail

-Good dexterity

-Mechanically inclined

-Able to lift 40 lbs

Hours: 4:30am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday OR 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr
