This position is responsible to ensure best practice in assembly/sort, meeting efficiency targets with set up/production rates, and adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Monitor production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.

Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work area and machinery.

Follow technical instructions.

Finish product such as weighing parts, applying label and palletizing.

Can troubleshoot equipment

Enters all work performed into database and documents all scrap.

Ability to multitask within functional area

Ability to learn to use select gauges

Continuous Improvement on Utilization/OEE/production Efficiency results

Maintain/Implement 6S standards

Other duties as assigned

Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices such as; utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards. Comply with all ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO-45001 procedures and work instructions.
