Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks according to SOPs and work instructions
• Maintain smooth material flow and complete work orders on time
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO requirements
• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
• Support quality and process improvements using lean manufacturing principles
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues
• Train new team members on equipment operations and work procedures as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• English
