Position Details:

  • Location: Everett, WA

  • Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire position, with potential for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions to facilitate accurate assembly.

  • Conduct detailed inspections and testing to verify product quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications.

  • Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment, maintaining organization and accuracy.

  • Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 6 months' relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.

  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English for safety and training purposes.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Experience reading blueprints and diagrams.

  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, walk within the facility, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
