What You'll Do

• 
  Read work orders and assembly instructions to prep for each job
  
• 
  Gather parts, tools, and materials needed for assembly
  
• 
  Position and assemble components using hand tools and power tools
  
• 
  Verify fit and fasten parts to spec
  
• 
  Inspect finished components for defects and quality issues
  
• 
  Make minor adjustments to meet production specifications
  
• 
  Flag material shortages or equipment issues to your supervisor
  
• 
  Help keep your work area organized and stocked
  

What You Need

• 
  High school diploma or GED
  
• 
  Prior assembly experience in manufacturing or production
  
• 
  Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely
  
• 
  Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  
• 
  Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  
• 
  Able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
