In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for assembling high-voltage electrical power connectors and substation components used by utility companies across the United States. In an Assembly Associate job, you'll be responsible for:

• Assembling high-voltage electrical connectors, hardware, and production components
• Using hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Inspecting finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Assisting with material handling, production support, and general housekeeping duties
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meeting daily production goals while following all company safety and quality procedures
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What you'll need:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required-we're willing to train motivated candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Pay:

• 1st Shift:$14.00/hour
• 2nd Shift:$14.50/hour
