• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions
• Assemble mechanical and metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Operate overhead cranes or hoists to move materials, as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints or schematics is a plus
• Basic hand tool and power tool knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable transportation and attendance
