Job Description As an assembler you will assemble electrical and mechanical components to produce quality spring reel products. This includes installing wiring, connecting color-coded wires, using power tools and measurement devices, and testing finished assemblies. You will work from production information and specifications while identifying and communicating any issues that could affect product quality. Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, structural, and electrical components according to specifications
• Install electrical components and connect color-coded wiring
• Operate tools such as cut-off saws and drill presses to complete assemblies
• Use measurement devices to ensure components are assembled accurately
• Test and adjust electrical assemblies and communicate any issues to supervisors or engineering
• Support quality, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-5 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience
• Experience operating cut-off saws and drill presses
• Ability to use measurement devices accurately
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, instructions, diagrams, and procedures
• Must be able to regularly lift and move heavy items
