Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Assemblers. In this role, you will perform product assembly according to engineering drawings and product specifications while following quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general assembly of products according to engineering drawings and product specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of assembled components in accordance with established quality procedures.
  • Build structural components using fiberglass, resins, and other structural materials.
  • Use a variety of hand tools and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Interpret work instructions and engineering documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to meet production goals.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.


Essential Duties

  • Perform assembly tasks and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Record inspection and test results as required.
  • Interpret inspection and testing outcomes to ensure compliance with job requirements.
  • Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistently complete full shifts and scheduled work weeks.


Qualifications

  • Ability to use common hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Ability to understand and apply standard procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work in enclosed environments and on uneven surfaces.


Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with fiberglass materials is a plus but not mandatory.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 lbs.


Work Environment

  • Enclosed, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Work with fiberglass, resins, and other industrial materials.
  • Requires adherence to safety procedures and use of protective equipment.
