Hours: 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM

The Greer Group is hiring 1st Shift Assembly Associates for a leading automotive manufacturer in Newton, NC.

This is a temp-to-hire career opportunity in a clean, established manufacturing facility. Training is provided onsite, Saturday overtime is routine, and double-time is paid on Sundays when Sunday work is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Assembly Associate, you will:

• Assemble automotive components according to work instructions
• Operate production and assembly equipment safely
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow established production and safety procedures
• Identify and report quality or equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must meet background screening and drug testing requirements
