Assembler - 1st Shift

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in a safety sensitive work environment.
• Assemble axles and axle components based on customer specifications.
• Measure and verify axle/part specifications for accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and shop floor guidelines to produce high-quality products.
• Report any shortages or potential substitutions to the supervisor.
• Adhere to schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and correctly.
• Communicate any issues or quality concerns to the supervisor or group leader.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere among coworkers.
• Rework axles as required.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Assemblers must be certified or in the process of completing certification according to training procedures.
• Attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
