Aquatic Program Coordinator in Bolton

Join the Town of Caledon as an Aquatic Program Coordinator at the Caledon Centre for Recreation & Wellness. Focus on leading lifeguard teams and enhancing aquatic programs for community wellbeing. In this full-time role, you will report to the Programmer, Aquatics and help manage a safe aquatic environment. Your duties include organizing programs, supervising team performance, and ensuring the facility remains clean. Strong candidates will have relevant certifications and experience in aquatic supervision, aimed at providing accessibility to community residents. Key Responsibilities: • Administer lifeguard and swim instruction duties • Plan and implement inclusive aquatic services • Maintain and prepare facility for various programs • Oversee staff and volunteer supervision on deck • Provide excellent customer support for patrons Requirements: • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent • Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications required • At least 1 year of Lifeguard and instructional experience • Familiarity with PerfectMind software is a plus • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Make a positive impact in your community by leading aquatics programming as a coordinator.
