Apartment Maintenance Service Tech

Hartmann Realtors Inc. and Hartmann Rentals is currently seeking a Full Time Service Tech employee to join our team immediately. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks necessary to update and maintain residential units in the Metro- East area. Possible Responsibilities: Responding, Troubleshooting and Repairing common residential tenant service calls. Completing all necessary tasks to turn vacant units to "Rent Ready" status. Ability to do pre-occupancy inspection checklists and post-inspection punch-lists. Be available on rotation for "On Call" after hours maintenance requests. Must be able to work unsupervised to complete tasks on time and on budget. Perform tenant requested maintenance on homes and apartments
