1st Shift Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)

• Perform MIG welding on manufactured components
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and welding specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Measure parts and ensure proper fit and alignment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and production procedures
• Meet quality and production standards

1st Shift Welder Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic measurements
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
